These are great dessert molds. I cannot find them anywhere locally, and am glad to find them online. I use the chocolate melting disks from Wilton or Hobby Lobby to coat these molds, stick them in the freezer until hard, and then the chocolate shells easily pop out of the molds. I fill these molds with chocolate and raspberry mousse, and then keep them in the freezer until ready to use (sometimes a month before serving). It's a fantastic do-ahead dessert, and always gets raves from company (for the taste and for how they look). I just recieved this mold today, and I must say you get what you pay for. Very Thin plastic. I would be afraid to put melted chocolate in it that it would get ruined. once I try it i will update my review.
